Private Rentals

Located 2.5 miles up Emigration Canyon and ten minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, Camp Kostopulos is an excellent retreat environment for business, civic, church, community, and other groups.

Its facilities, lodged amongst the oak and cottonwood trees and Emigration Creek, are ideal for groups wanting to reinforce team enrichment in either the workplace or community. Lodging, horseback riding, swimming, and other challenging and team-oriented activities are offered to enhance personal growth, as well as build team and family relationships. Available for day and/or overnight excursions, Camp Kostopulos is an ideal place to conduct family- and work-related activities providing both a recreational and leisure environment all year long.

Deposits – All reservations require a $125.00 deposit of which $75 will be credited back upon cleaning inspection approval. Summer rentals require a two-month written cancellation notice for refunds. All other refunds require a 30-day written cancellation notice.

*All cancellations will receive a 50% withholding.

Cabins – Five cabins sleep 105 total; however, only three cabins are available during June, July and August (weekends only – Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon). Three cabins sleep 72 comfortably. Cabin Rates – Overnight rates (applicable to those 5 years or older staying over 10 hours) 25 people or more – $7.00; less than 24 people – $10.25; less than 10 people – $20.00.

Tents – camping with tents is available at the same rate as cabins; cooking fire pits, showers/toilet facilities for both men and women are included in price.

Lodge - Includes large group-size kitchen, dining hall, meeting rooms, restrooms, fireplace, and pool table.

 Lodge Rates per day (Sept – May) 1-35 people – $150.00; 36-50 people – $190.00; 51-75 people – $250.00; 76+ people (add $3.50 per person). Lodge Rates per day (June – August) 1-50 people – $290.00; 51-75 people – $350.00; 76-100 people – $400.00; 101+ people (add $5.00 per person).

Yurt (30 feet diameter) All Season Rates (includes power,lights and heat) - $80.00

Activities Picnic and Grounds Use - Includes two pavilions with tables, large grass area for field games, hiking trails, children's playground, volleyball poles, and horse shoe pit. · Day rate = $90.00 for 4 hours; $250.00 for 8 hours · Summer rate = $250.00 with lodge rental; $575.00 grounds only use.

Horse Rentals: Rentals are charged by the hour and do not include instruction. • Mounted: Horses are groomed at tacked up, multiple riders possible. $45 per horse per hour • Un-mounted: Horses are groomed and ready. $30 per horse per hour • Equestrian Center Stage Area Rental: The perfect hosting area for birthday parties and special occasions that will use horses. Includes designated area rental only. – $25 per hour

Swimming Pool - maximum of 35 persons at one time; heated pool generally available June to August; a lifeguard is required at all times (lifeguard is paid by the user group); families are responsible for children under 10 years of age; $95.00 for 3 hours of pool time, plus $40.00 per lifeguard.

Team Training – Ropes Course and Initiative Challenge - call for additional information · $23 for half day, $45.00 per person for full day (non-profit groups) · $75.00 per person for full day – (for profit groups). For more information and rates, follow the link www.campk.org/challenge-ropes-course 

Rental groups are responsible for cleaning the camp facilities they rented by the agreed checkout time.

Items you are responsible to bring: toilet paper, trash bags, food, paper plates, cups, eating utensils, sleeping bags, dish soap, dish and bath towels, briquettes, BBQ utensils, TV/videos, game equipment and balls, bats, personal items, etc.
