Residential Camp

Come join Camp K in making unforgettable memories! Our goal is to provide a summer camp that promotes a healthy lifestyle for individuals with physical and cognitive disabilities, utilizing education and therapeutic recreation. During the week, campers will enjoy activities that include riding horses, swimming in a heated pool, fishing in a trout pondlow/high ropes courseclimbing wall, arts and crafts, nature, sports, games, and much more. Our five-day residential camps runs from Monday-Friday.

Campers stay in bunk-style cabins, and have 24-hour supervision by our trained staff members.  At week’s end, campers will be recognized during an award ceremony, and receive a group photo and camp T-shirt.

Friendships are made and rekindled, and new experiences and adventures happen each week. Each camp week is designed to accommodate a different age and ability level of camper.  Supervision ratio is one staff member for every four campers. If your camper needs a higher level of supervision, prior approval must be given, and every effort will be made to accommodate him/her.  If you have any questions, please contact our office at 801-582-0700 x100, or summercamps@campk.org.
